  Description: Manipulates any source of fire to her will, this includes expanding and shrinking the flames or extinguishing. Can also create flames. This ability allows her to shapes the flames as birds or other animals.
  
  Limits: She must have the flames either within sight, or keep a clear vision within mind of how they must move and form. She can't extinguish a fire she doesn't know about, nor control it. If she goes unconscious, her flames extinguish. Must keep a reign on her emotions to keep a reign on her flames. The hottest flame she can create or control is 700°C {1356°F}. She can control up to 7 fires with a combined size of 35,000 cubic ft of fire.

  Description: A resistance to heat and fire itself.
  
  Limits: Joanne can resist flames up to 480°C {896°F} without getting burned and 240°C {464°F} without her blood boiling. She should not stand directly in the flames or allow herself to be surrounded by them.

  
  

  Power 3: Flame Shield 1 pt

  Description: The ability to create dense, hot flames with the intent to burn up anything that crashes into them. They can also keep the inside flame much cooler than the outside flame.
  
  Limits: At lower pts the inner and outer flame’s heat do not vary by much. The wielder must be careful not to be burned by the flames of the shield or to burn their allies. If a shield it too large and not properly separated, it could boil the wielder alive. The range of the shield is 2ft. Can create fire as low as 525°C {980°F} on the inside and 550°C {1022°F} on the outside. The size of the shield is 18 cubic ft.
